-All information must be accurate, and identical to your travel documents. 
 
-One form per family. IF large groups you may be instructed to do one form per person, per room, etc. 
 
-Your Credit Card will only be charged once authorized for final payment, unless otherwise stated, or as authorized in our agreement. 
 
-This is a legally binding document.
