You could sense the urgency she had in making sure that leading up to the trip that we all had all information needed. She shared details about paperwork, her personal experience on MSC’s private island, as she had previously visited. Made all arrangements for group dinners, shows etc. We didn’t have to do a thing. And she followed up afterwards to ask if we had any complaints or compliments about the cruise line that she could share with them.
