Group Acknowledgements

Students will be under the supervision of chaperones approved by Principal Mr. Roy for the duration of the trip, beginning when the group bus departs from Spaulding High School (S.H.S) to Boston Logan Airport and continuing until the group returns.

The following terms apply exclusively to the Spaulding High School Leadership Trip and are non-negotiable. The quoted rates are group rates, contingent on a minimum of 100 participants. These rates have been directly sourced from the vendors listed below and do not involve any third-party Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). Guyer Travel Network LLC manages all travel arrangements directly with the specified vendors.

Guyer Travel Network LLC is working directly with Principal Mr. Roy and Mrs. Alisabeth Eaton to ensure seamless and transparent communication between students, parents, and all advisors involved in this group package. Mrs. Eaton will serve as the primary liaison with Guyer Travel Network LLC.

Guyer Travel Network LLC agrees to collaborate with the following vendors, including but not limited to: Disney MouseEars Group Travel, Universal Studios Orlando Group Travel Unit, InsureMyTrip Agency Affiliate Program, JetBlue Group Vacation, Taxilio Transportation Services, MEARS Shuttle Services Orlando, BlackTie Lio LLC, and any other vendors specified in the quote.

Payment and Refund Policy

All group sales are final, and refunds are not permitted through Guyer Travel Network LLC. If refunds are applicable under legal liability, they will be processed directly through the vendors or the mandated insurance, which covers a "Cancel for Any Reason" policy at 75% and other coverages as outlined in the quote. Guyer Travel Network LLC bears no financial responsibility for schedule changes, vendor alterations, airline schedule adjustments, weather events, accidents, acts of God, injuries, or similar occurrences.

A minimum payment of $250 per installment is required unless the final payment is less than $250. The initial deposit can be made online at GuyerTravel.com/bookhere. Subsequent payments may be made by check or money order payable to “Guyer Travel Network LLC” without an additional fee. Payments made by credit or debit card will incur a 4% processing fee.

In the event of a post-payment group discount, donation, or funds collected through fundraising, Guyer Travel Network LLC will distribute the discounted amount equally among paid participants.

Room Assignments

Guyer Travel Network LLC does not assume responsibility for student room assignments. Rooming assignments will be based on student input, with final decisions made by S.H.S administration.

Designated Contacts and Emergency Procedures

Please be advised that Dillon Guyer, Nicole Rodler, and Brook Hardway are your designated contacts within the Guyer Travel Network LLC team for this group trip unless otherwise formally stated. One of these three advisors will travel with the students to Florida, serving as the travel lead/guide during airport travel, bus transportation, Universal Studios busing days, and other scheduled activities. In the event of an emergency, medical issue, or behavioral issue resulting in a student being sent home, this advisor will be the primary point of contact, operating from an on-site office in a Disney resort room with a 24/7 phone line for communication with those at home.

A private email link and website page will be created exclusively for students and families to access trip information, contact advisors, and receive updates regarding the trip.
