DEPOSIT S.H.S Disney Leadership Trip, 2025.


This is your initial $600 deposit that will cover your arrangements for JetBlue, Disney, MEARS Bussing, prepaid student meals, your insurance policy, and more for your students 2025 Disney Leadership Trip.

Group Acknowledgements

I will complete the " 2025 Student Disney Agreement" IN FULL, for each and every person traveling on the group and will email it to immediately once payment is made. Failure to do so within 72 hours may result in delays, and or penalties.



Students will be under supervision of chaperones approved by Mr. Roy throughout the duration of the trip once the group buss leaves S.H.S for Boston Logan Airport.



The following quote pertains to the Spaulding High School Leadership trip and is non-negotiable. The rates quoted are group rates and require a minimum of 100 participants. These rates are directly sourced from the vendors listed below, with no involvement of third-party Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). Guyer Travel exclusively manages these travel arrangements in direct collaboration with the vendors specified in the quote.



Guyer Travel is working directly with your Principal Mr. Roy and Mrs.(Alisabeth)Eaton to insure a seamless and transparent level of communication at all times between students, parents, and all advisors working on this group package. Mrs. Eaton will be acting liaison with Guyer Travel Network LLC.

Guyer Travel agrees to collaborate with vendors, including but not limited to: Disney MouseEars Group Travel, Universal Studios Orlando Group Travel Unit, InsureMyTrip Agency Affiliate Program, JetBlue Group Vacation, Taxilio Transportation Services, MEARS Shuttle Services Orlando, BlackTie Lio LLC, and any other vendors specified in the quote.



All group sales are final, and refunds are not permitted through Guyer Travel. Refunds, if applicable under legal liability, will be processed through the vendors or the mandated insurance covered by the initial deposit, which includes a "Cancel for any reason" coverage of 75% among other coverages outlined in the quote. Guyer Travel bears no financial responsibility for schedule changes, vendor alterations, airline schedule adjustments, weather events, accidents, acts of God, injury, etc.



A minimum payment of $250 is required per installment unless the final payment due is less than $250. The initial deposit can be made on Subsequent payments can be made by check or money order to “Guyer Travel Network LLC” with no additional fee. Any subsequent payment made with a credit or debit card will incur a 4% fee.

In the event of a post-payment group discount, group donation, or group funds from fundraising collected, Guyer Travel will distribute the discounted amount equally among paid participants.

Guyer Travel does not assume responsibility for student room assignments. Rooming assignments will be based on student input, with final decisions made by S.H.S admin.



Please be advised that Dillon Guyer, Nicole Rodler, and Brook Hardway are your designated contacts within the Guyer Travel team for this group sale, unless otherwise formally stated. These individuals are the only authorized advisors permitted to facilitate this group transaction. One of these three individual advisors will travel with the students to Florida as travel lead / travel guide during travel days at the airport, bussing, Universal bussing days, etc. In the event of an emergency, medical issue, behavioral issue where student is sent home, etc this advisor will be the point of contact with a Disney room on-site operating as an office for those in attendance, and phone line provided to everyone operational 24/7 for those at home.



A private email link and website page will be created exclusively for students and families to access information, seek contact with advisors, and to find annual updates pertaining to the trip overall.
